I always hear about people giving up foods for a diet or working out like crazy at the gym. Going along with that I know quite a few people that eat way too much, sleep way too much, and work way too much.

Although eating, working, sleeping, exercising, and watching what you eat are all good things. Remember....everything in moderation.

I think this is the key to being happy and healthy.

Keeping a balance of all the parts if your life is sometimes difficult, but if you do manage to keep the balance you won't have to worry about each individual part if your life because they will all get taken care of. If you find your self obsessing over anything remind yourself that your life needs to be a balance between all parts, not just one piece of the pie.

For each person the balance is going to be different; some might eat 5 small meals a day, some might want 3 meals a day, some might exercise an hour and a half each day, some might work out twice a week. It is important to find your own balance that you can continue because if the balance if off you won't be able to stick with it.

But losing balance once in awhile is perfectly fine:
